If you want to be a bodybuilder, that’s cool.

If you want to be a crossfitter, that’s chill.

If you want to do yoga and nothing else, that’s fine.

If you want to swim, that’s cool.

If you want to dance, that’s perfectly fine.

What’s not fine is when you make fun of someone for what they choose as their way of making themselves a better and stronger person.
